As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. This role offers a true sense of ownership as you work on some of the most exciting and high‑profile electrical construction projects in the nation. You will lead and manage a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for clients while proactively developing new business opportunities and relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about electrical construction, thrives in a leadership role, and is committed to both project excellence and team development. You will collaborate closely with field teams, clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors while reporting to senior leadership and mentoring your direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred (can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience).
