Job description

As a Sr. Project Manager for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will lead the successful delivery of capital projects within Oracle's Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization, with an exclusive focus on a variety of capital projects and related initiatives. This role will serve as a leader for one of Oracle's capital programs, overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, schedules, and long-term capital project objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will establish and enforce project management standards, drive cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to ensure excellence in project execution across the capital projects program. The role requires strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities to successfully coordinate complex, multi-phased development activities involving internal Oracle teams, external consultants, contractors, and public agencies. This position is based within the San Francisco Bay Area, within normal commuting distance of Oracle offices in the Bay Area. While occasional support for broader Americas region initiatives may be required, the primary and ongoing responsibility of this role is dedicated to assigned capital projects.
