About the Role

As a Sr Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion. The candidate must be based in the central region and will require onsite support for clients, with an estimated travel of at least 30%.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage all aspects of project management for multiple construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
2. Work directly with clients on scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk management.
3. Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
4. Develop project charters and timelines.
5. Ensure schedules are maintained and issues are resolved or escalated.
6. Conduct regular project status meetings.
7. Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion.
8. Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and achieve department objectives.
9. Demonstrate expertise in job disciplines and cross-disciplinary knowledge.
10. Mentor others to develop expertise within the team.
11. Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values.
12. Influence stakeholders at various levels to adopt new ideas.
13. Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and standards.

What You’ll Need

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-10 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
