Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant project management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience supporting lab operations, Product Development, or IT efforts in the Healthcare Sector is strongly desired.
• PMP Certification preferred; PMP certification required within one year of hire date.

This role focuses on core project management methodologies tailored to the PMO's oversight of Idea to Market (I2M) and R&D life cycles. The Senior Project Manager applies project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure the organization is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

-Manages 3-4 concurrent, medium-complexity tactical projects and programs spanning multiple functional areas (e.g., laboratories, systems, applications).

Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation to completion in a matrixed organization

Preferred Work Experience:Experience supporting lab operations, Product Development, or IT efforts in the Healthcare Sector is strongly desired

Physical and Mental Requirements:Ability to sit for long periods of time

Knowledge:Project management principles, processes, and tools. Knowledge of Idea to Market (I2M) and R&D life cycles

Skills:Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams; ability to lead and influence without direct authority; effective upward management to stakeholders and sponsors.

Professional Licensing/Certification: PMP Certification (PMI) preferred; PMP certification required within one year of hire date.
