We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience managing large and small fast-moving brand and (mostly) website projects from concept and design, to development and implementation.

You understand best practices and work with dedication to meeting the needs of our team and clients. You are detail-oriented, excellent at collaborating, high energy, and eager to work collaboratively.

You know what's happening, what comes next, and where things need to be at all times: you are a master juggler. You can work across various projects, manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, resources, and scopes with quality and attention to detail in every area.

• 2+ years of experience working as a producer/project manager in a digital agency
• Located in EST or EU timezone (although we have 100% flexible hours)
• Your technical knowledge of web design and web development enables you to work effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
• You treat every project uniquely and understand that no client, project, product, or way of working is ever the same.
• Sharp attention to detail and QA. You can spot issues and bugs quickly and find the right solution.
• Keen understanding of digital business objectives and confidence in proposing strategic and technical next steps.
• You are an over-communicator, believing that clear, precise, and timely communication drives us forward.
• You handle pressure well and excel at interacting with clients and colleagues during stressful periods.
• You help the team move forward when they are stuck trying to decipher client needs and bring clarity to projects.
• Strong team-building and people management skills.
• You can deal with ambiguity and the unknown, not fearing projects that are not well-defined from the start.

What you will do

You will facilitate project progress, supporting team members to do their best work, ensuring the final output reflects client needs, and providing an excellent experience for clients working with us.

Production

• Plan and schedule website projects based on sales documentation and client discovery sessions.
• Oversee daily project activities to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead meetings and presentations, keeping them focused and goal-oriented.
• Ensure quality control and review deliverables before client delivery.

Client Management

• Act as a client partner, understanding their business, strategizing new projects, and enhancing their success with us.
• Analyze client information to identify project changes and potential roadblocks.
• Manage client input and requirements to meet design and development needs.
• Collaborate with sales to scope, estimate, and set up new projects, from support to large website initiatives.
