Talent ACQ is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to orchestrate complex construction projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects align with vision, safety standards, and sustainability goals.

Join a dedicated operations team reporting to the Director of Operations. You will leverage modern PM tools to drive efficiency, client satisfaction, and repeat business across landmark developments in the region.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects successfully and sustainability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in modern project management software and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% of projects on time and within budget using advanced PM methodologies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain integrity and minimize delays.
  • Foster partnerships with clients and stakeholders for referrals and growth.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and sustainability.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to post-completion evaluation.
