Sulzer in Pasadena, CA seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead experienced professionals, implement short‑term strategies, oversee technical projects, ensure quality, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

This role targets People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level staff in a large organization, driving project plans, risk mitigation, and successful delivery across multiple teams.

Qualifications

About the role

Job Summary: The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and implementing short-term strategies and policies. The role includes overseeing technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities
