HCA ITG is seeking a Scrum Master in Nashville to lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery, facilitate ceremonies, and coach product owners to maintain a healthy backlog. This contract role emphasizes removing roadblocks, driving velocity, and aligning IT with business goals.

The position requires a Scrum Master certification and 8+ years in project management, with strong communication skills and experience in software implementation and cloud migration a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager role
• Must have a Scrum Master certification
• Experience needed in software implementation, cloud migration experience is a plus
• Strong Agile and Scrum framework knowledge
