Job summary

A leading energy solutions company in Florida seeks a Project Manager-Level 1 (Scrum Master - IT Technology) for a 1-year contract assignment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project workflows with Jira, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale enterprise projects. Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through agile methodologies
• Manage complex project workflows and sprint planning using Jira
• Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale enterprise implementations
• Remove impediments and ensure team productivity across multiple workstreams
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Track metrics and reporting through Jira dashboards and project management tools
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on delivery timelines

Requirements

• Experience: up to 5 years as a Scrum Master with demonstrated large-scale project experience.
• Expert proficiency in Jira administration, customization, and project management.
• Technical background with database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Programming skills and experience (Java, Python, C#, or similar)
• Strong understanding of commercial software platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• CSM or equivalent agile certification required.

Preferred

• Advanced Jira and project management certifications
• Experience with ERP implementations and/or CRM platforms
• Background in enterprise architecture and system integrations
• Energy/utilities industry experience
