Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional commercialization and supply chain initiatives in Frisco, TX. You will define scope, timelines, and resources, driving on-time delivery and program outcomes across teams.

Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, and Manufacturing to maintain alignment, manage risk, and promote continuous improvement that scales with our business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution.

Total Rewards
  • Salary range $76,400 - $110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
