As a CBRE Project ManagementConsultant, you will provide end-to-end project management services for thisprestigious client, directly supporting their strategic business objectives.Strong communication, technical writing, workload management, risk managementalong with leadership, creativity, organizational, adaptability, criticalthinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must becomfortable and effective working with both facilities’ maintenance teams andon-site construction teams, being able to clearly collaborate amongst all tosolve problems and bring projects successfully to completion.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $130K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $165K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
