Responsibilities include leading complex projects, strategic planning, and full accountability for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project engineering or management experience in construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Lead Complex Projects: Coordinate team members and resources for large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closeout.
• Facilitate Strategic Planning: Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and drive successful outcomes.
• Own Project Excellence: Take full accountability for project performance including safety, quality, financial results, and client satisfaction.
• Master Financial Management: Oversee budgets across multiple concurrent projects, allocate resources, mitigate risks, maximize revenue generation.
• Mentor & Develop Talent: Support new team members through training and onboarding; communicate training needs to leadership.
