Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow projects. This role focuses on IT infrastructure and requires a deep understanding of asset discovery and end-of-life asset identification. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in discovery, asset tagging, and service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Oversee IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on asset discovery and end-of-life asset identification.
• Manage projects related to ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Tagging.
• Drive Service Desk and Service Management projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and manage automation projects within the ServiceNow platform.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow projects.
• In-depth knowledge of asset discovery and end-of-life asset identification from a PMO perspective.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Tagging.
• Strong background in Service Desk and Service Management projects.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience with automation projects within ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
