Alfa Laval is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize production processes at our Broken Arrow, OK site. You will analyze workflows, implement lean initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and industrialize processes.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with lean tools, ERP/MES, and quality methods.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and systems within the production environment. The scope of the role includes analyzing workflows, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The purpose of this position is to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, supporting the organization’s overall operational and strategic objectives.
