Job Summary
  • The purpose of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure successful launch/deployment of various products. This position is the focus to which all processes, communication, accountabilities and procedures are filtered through to ensure an aligned team effort. The Project Manager integrates cross-functional projects to deliver specific measured results to the customer.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages tactical project plans, goals, and budgets; identifies resources needed, develops schedules and methods for measuring results.
  • Develops timetables for implementation, monitors and performs strategic analysis for the project.
  • Serves as a liaison with company resources and systems to provide current data and information needed.
  • Researches and makes recommendations on procedures to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.
  • Tracks expenses and provides detailed updates to appropriate managers on project status
  • Partners to develop and deliver system wide communication regarding the progress, accountabilities and gaps in the progress of assigned projects
  • Researches, compiles and reports current data and manages teams through launch process.
  • Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Prepares requests for proposals and conducts all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years successful management of complex projects
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communications
  • Consistent record of accomplishing short term business objectives
  • Ability to work independently and with others at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and ability to manage meetings with project team members
  • Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in planning and preparing written communication.
  • Skilled in presenting ideas and concepts
  • Ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project.
  • Ability to apply strong project management skills and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate and manage team members at all levels effectively.
  • Ability to consider impacts of change systematically and communicate/negotiate those changes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 5+ years successful management of complex projects preferred
  • Communications operations or experience is preferred but not required

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Plano TX is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Tyler, TX is $54,621.00 - $89,735.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range for this position in Scott Depot, W VA is $54,621.00 - $89,734.00. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
