You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering on time and budget.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license and extensive experience in roadways, capital improvement projects, utilities, and bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of roadway, utility, and bridge projects.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.


• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.


• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.


• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.


• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to provide project updates and address any concerns.
