This role involves producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. You will consult with the project manager to perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery, applying engineering techniques and design criteria for complex, cross-discipline projects. You will leverage your technical knowledge to address design issues, work closely with the project manager, and complete tasks to meet project schedules. Developing conceptual and detailed designs and calculations using current tools and software is essential. You may mentor junior staff and contribute to successful project delivery for diverse projects.

What You'll Do:

1. Utilize senior-level technical expertise for a broad range of engineering solutions.
2. Plan, distribute work, lead, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets on complex engineering projects.
3. Assist with marketing efforts, including proposal generation.
4. Develop scope of work and effort estimates, managing adherence to scope and budget.
5. Oversee the accuracy and completeness of the project team's work within your discipline.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
7. Coordinate technical aspects with clients and partners at the staff level.
8. Lead discipline delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with other disciplines.
9. Assist in scheduling and work distribution for multi-discipline projects.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.

• 10 years of relevant experience.
