WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Construction Manager will be based at the Abbott Nutrition Sturgis, MI facility and will be responsible for supporting/managing construction projects including facility, utilities, and equipment projects. The candidate will be expected to work with a cross-functional project team including the project stakeholder(s) and contractors. Candidate is well versed in construction management practices including safety, quality, change management, scheduling, estimating, daily construction oversight, drawing redlines/as-builts, and change control. This role will support the site in the execution of key CAPEX projects. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and be willing to address project challenges head on.
You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00
