Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks an experienced professional to oversee the operational plan for engineering projects, including design, specification, scheduling, cost estimation, and resource coordination. You will monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure on-time project completion.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external contractors, with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure and equipment upgrades while maintaining compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing engineering project plans from design to commissioning.
• Ability to coordinate resources and monitor progress.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting for projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates for new infrastructure and equipment.
• Monitor progress against the project plan and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Identify, develop and gather resources necessary to complete the project.
• If applicable: prepare engineering standards, budgets, forecasts, and select materials, equipment, staff, and external contractors.

Oversees the operational plan for engineering projects, encompassing design, specification, scheduling, cost estimation, and coordinating resources, while monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:

• Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
• Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project
• If applicable: Peparing engineering standards, designs, and work specifications, developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
