Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with a proven track record to join our Conshohocken, PA Area team. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients and DPS internal teams on projects of all scales. Primary responsibilities include leading the design and planning process for multi-faceted production facilities and overseeing architectural deliverables. Experience in biotech/biopharm and/or R&D laboratory design is preferred. The Senior Project Architect will report to the Architecture Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the architectural design team through mentoring, training, and interviews.
• Execute site master planning, concept, schematic, and design development phases.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and manage project changes.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering disciplines.
• Lead project teams through design and documentation for multiple projects.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Provide architectural design for diverse projects.
• Oversee production of construction documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate construction issues with clients, contractors, and officials.
• Perform building and fire code reviews with EHS/fire protection team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to inspire teams and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Education & Experience

• B.Arch. / M.Arch degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in a professional services firm.
