IT@JH Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is seeking a Sr. Programmer Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and testing workflow in the SAP and Concur Systems and supporting end users with SAP Security and workflow issues.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing SAP Transactions and Reports primarily to support Security & Workflow.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing SAP & Concur Security Role and workflow assignments.
• Works primarily on unplanned requests and issues from customers (other EBS teams and end users).
• Maintains & populates the SAP Role & Workflow Library.
• Documents testing scenarios and results.
• Documents and updates Functional Design Specifications.
• Creates Job Aids/Training documents/videos/PowerPoints primarily for Security & Workflow Transactions & Reports.

Specific Devices, Software, Projects

• The SAP system is used by the Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System for business and administrative functions in the areas of Finance, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain and Reporting. There are approximately 14,000 Johns Hopkins Enterprise users of the SAP System.
• The Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team is responsible to support, maintain and enhance the SAP system.

Minimum Qualifications
