Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist to drive program activities from scheduling to delivery at our Independence, OH site. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio valued at approximately $3M–$7M, and support revenue forecasting and CTC forecasting to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

• Proficiency in program management tools and software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating communication.
• Knowledge of risk management and issue tracking processes.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and/or Security systems.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects valued at approximately $3M–$7M.
• Financial acumen with experience in monthly revenue forecasting and project cost-to-complete forecasting.

• Partner with program and project leadership to identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities for improved project performance.
• Maintain visibility into project schedules, financials, resources, deliverables, and overall portfolio health.

Job description

As a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and managing program activities to ensure their successful execution. You will be responsible for coordinating program tasks, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive program efficiency and effectiveness. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Independence, OH location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of programs by ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination across teams, which contributes to Honeywell’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
