The WFM Ecommerce, Product, and Merchant Capabilities Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives in the Merchandising space. Our team is laser-focused on innovating on behalf of our customers and expanding WWGS reach and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change at the enterprise level for WFM.
In this role, you will be responsible for standing up and managing a large-scale program supporting a complex technology initiative. While this is not a hands‑on technical role, you will serve as the critical connective tissue between product, technology, and business teams — ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and delivering results on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
You’ll start your morning by leading a cross‑functional sync with product and engineering partners to establish the risk level of their swimlane. Midday, you’ll draft executive updates, refine program timelines, and facilitate decision‑making meetings with senior leaders. Afternoons are spent removing blockers for delivery teams, aligning stakeholders on shifting priorities, and building mechanisms that keep the program running smoothly. No two days look the same — but every day centers on driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across a complex technology initiative.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
