Love food? Interested in shaping the grocery offering of Amazon Fresh? Amazon’s Supply Chain Product team is seeking a Sr Program Manager who is excited to lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program to transform our Amazon Fresh Stores. To succeed, you should have a high capacity for learning, be comfortable with ambiguity, communicate effectively, and stay organized. Our business moves rapidly, so adaptability to changes in business, systems, and tools is essential. You will work directly with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and lead projects from design through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver complex, large-scale, strategic programs from initiation to completion, on time and with quality.
2. Manage program implementation on-site (travel to NJ required) and troubleshoot live with teams.
3. Identify and mitigate risks by collaborating with operations, business partners, and stakeholders, including influencing senior leadership.
4. Develop expertise in the grocery business, especially physical stores, identify root causes of challenges, and design creative solutions.
5. Establish mechanisms for program tracking and updates (e.g., MBR, weekly reports).

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional/military experience.
• Experience working with complex data sets.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistics or analytical techniques.
• Experience with SQL.
