Amazon’s Supply Chain Product team is seeking a Senior Program Manager who is excited to lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program to transform our Amazon Fresh Stores. To succeed, you should have a high capacity for learning and curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Our business moves rapidly, so adaptability to changes in business, systems, and tools is essential. You will work directly with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, leading projects from design through delivery.

As a Senior Program Manager on the Grocery Instock product team, your focus will include:

1. Delivering complex, large-scale strategic programs from initiation to completion, on time and with quality.
2. Managing on-site implementation (travel required to NJ) and resolving issues live with teams on site.
3. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks by collaborating with operations, business partners, and stakeholders across the organization, including effective communication and influencing at senior levels.
4. Gaining expertise in the grocery business, especially physical stores, identifying root causes of challenges, and designing creative solutions.
5. Creating mechanisms for program tracking and updates (e.g., weekly reports, meetings).

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Excel
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience working with complex data sets
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistics or analytical techniques
• Experience with SQL
