Job description

Amazon’s Future of Work team helps Amazon understand and act on how AI is changing work at the team and organization level. Our team identifies emerging workforce design patterns, tests them against research and field evidence, and translates what we learn into guidance that helps People Experience and Technology (PXT) practitioners and senior leaders make better decisions as they redesign work.

In this role, you will translate Future of Work mental models, guidance, and evidence into practical learning and tools for senior leaders and global PXT practitioners. You will own the programs and engagement mechanisms that help these audiences apply the guidance, including a global HRBP learning forum, targeted leader engagements, case-based learning, and practitioner resources.

Drawing on the portfolio’s evolving body of evidence, you will use judgment to determine which insights, patterns, and cases should be activated for a global PXT audience and partner with the relevant owners to shape the content. You will bring operational rigor to ambiguous and fast-moving work, manage interdependent stakeholders and deliverables, and define measures that show whether activation is reaching priority audiences and helping them apply the guidance. You will use those insights and audience feedback to improve programming over time and surface recurring questions to the teams best positioned to respond.
