Role Overview

The Core Team Operations Representative (CTOR) leads global operations and supply chain efforts on new product introduction (NPI) projects and released product management (RPM). You will coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Category Management, Sourcing, Contract Manufacturers/OEM, Supplier Quality, and other functions to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

Your responsibilities include overseeing operations activities such as value stream selection, planning, execution, and implementation of new products and updates. You will also partner with suppliers for technology implementation and manage supplier relationships through multiple visits.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Operations on cross-functional project teams, advocating for operational needs.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and release strategies.
  • Coordinate development builds across value streams.
  • Make decisions on facility locations, make-buy strategies, and business continuity.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and engineering principles like DRM, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to operations teams and manage indirect reports.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in program/project management, new product/process development, and launch operations.
  • PMP Certification, DRM Green Belt, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in regulated industries like medical devices.
  • Knowledge in multiple disciplines such as product development, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning, validation, sourcing, quality engineering, or design for manufacturability.
Physical and Additional Requirements

Must meet physical job demands and have the ability to travel for supplier visits. Benefits include competitive salary, incentive plans, comprehensive health coverage, and other resources. Salary range for U.S. locations: $170,400 - $255,600.
