Role Overview: Core Team Operations Representative (CTOR)

The CTOR leads global operations and supply chain efforts on new product introduction (NPI) projects and manages released products. You will coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, and other teams to develop and launch new products successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Operations in cross-functional teams for project and business needs.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution.
  • Drive schedule risk management and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate development builds and make strategic decisions on facility locations and sourcing.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and engineering principles.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to operational teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, product launch, and regulated industries.
  • Certifications such as PMP or DRM Green Belt are advantageous.
