Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of over 3,000 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Electronic Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage complex cross-functional programs, and help shape the future of our electronic supply chain operations. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key job responsibilities
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong project management skills with experience in project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with supplier management and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- International business experience
- Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
