To be successful in this role, the candidate will effectively multitask and prioritize, utilize data to encourage decisions, and maintain a high level of independence. They will be comfortable working in a growing and ambiguous work environment as we constantly improve and innovate. This leader must have solid written and verbal communications skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and willingness to dive deep into details.
