Job Title: Sr. Program Manager – E2E Enterprise Planning

Reports to: E2E Enterprise Program Lead – Senior Manager

Location: United States (Remote), with residency in specific states listed.

The Role: The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for delivering high-impact, cross-functional programs across end-to-end planning. This role guides multi-disciplinary teams through the entire program lifecycle, ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives and measurable outcomes. The role involves operating at the intersection of business, technology, data, and organizational change, championing a global-first mindset and hybrid delivery approaches.

Your Impact:

  • Translate enterprise planning strategy into structured programs.
  • Define and oversee program roadmap, governance, KPIs, budget, and resources.
  • Ensure delivery of business capabilities and outcomes.
  • Serve as liaison between business, data, and technology teams.
  • Manage program interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor metrics and drive engagement with leadership.
  • Ensure standard processes are used; escalate customization requests.
  • Manage project managers and business analysts as the program grows.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in managing large-scale, global programs.
  • Proficient in hybrid delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
  • Able to align programs with strategic initiatives.
  • Effective communicator with executive presence.
  • Knowledge in E2E planning areas like financial planning, S&OP, IBP, demand and supply planning.
  • Experience with automation, AI, and systems thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications like PMP, PgMP, SAFe are preferred.
  • 8-10 years in E2E planning or supply chain, with leadership experience.
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, or supply chain industries is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Aha.io, Confluence.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
