Job Title: Sr. Program Manager – E2E Enterprise Planning

Reports to: E2E Enterprise Program Lead – Senior Manager

Location: United States (Remote), but interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington.

The Role: The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs that are often global, complex, and transformative across end-to-end planning. This role guides multi-disciplinary teams through the entire program lifecycle—from strategy and scoping through execution and value realization—ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives, business capabilities, and measurable outcomes. This role is both a thought partner and an execution leader, operating at the intersection of business, technology, data, and organizational change. The Senior Program Manager brings rigor and adaptability to program governance, excels at navigating ambiguity, and proactively manages interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement. They champion a global-first mindset and integrate hybrid delivery approaches to ensure fit-for-purpose execution that balances speed, value, and risk.

Your Impact:

  • Translate E2E enterprise planning strategy into structured, executable programs
  • Define and oversee program roadmap, governance model, KPIs, budget, and resource planning
  • Ensure delivery of defined business capabilities, outcomes, and value
  • Serve as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teams
  • Manage and resolve program interdependencies, team alignment across domains, and issues/risks
  • Monitor execution metrics and value capture; drive engagement and communication with senior leadership and executive sponsors
  • Ensure only standard processes and out-of-the-box capabilities are used; vet and escalate customization requests with clear value case
  • Manage project managers and BA resources as the program expands

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale, global, or enterprise-wide programs
  • Strong command of hybrid program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)
  • Skilled in aligning programs to business capability maps and strategic value initiatives
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence across senior levels of business and IT
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and functions without direct authority
  • Knowledge expert in E2E planning functional areas such as long-range financial planning, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, retail allocation, sales rep forecasting, S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, network inventory planning, and material planning
  • Experience integrating automation, AI, and systems thinking into program frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA or Master’s preferred)
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Additional credentials in AI, automation, or Agile at scale are a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience in E2E planning/supply chain, including 3-5 years in senior roles leading complex transformation programs
  • Experience in the branded consumer products, retail, supply chain, or apparel industry is highly desirable
  • Track record of managing global initiatives with distributed teams and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Creative and innovative problem solver
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills
  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities
  • Expertise in outcome-driven delivery and business capability enablement
  • Proficiency with Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and program portfolio tools

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000. The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will depend on location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will share specific salary details during the hiring process.
