What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a purposeful environment to enhance service delivery, communication, and accountability
- Develop and implement standardized processes, methodologies, and tools for client partnership management
- Manage, update, and report on 30+ global projects, including associated project schedules and risk management
- Provide status updates for monthly executive-level reporting and manage project-specific budgets
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures while managing programs to achieve customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven history of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and computer skills, including Smartsheet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in driving change management plans for new services or significant transformations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Experience working on highly regulated projects and/or environments
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
