About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Sr. Program Analyst (R&D) to support the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The position is onsite in Springfield, VA.

The Contractor will support NGA Research's mission to lead GEOINT research, perform scientific research, and transition innovative concepts to solve NGA, NSG, ASG, IC, and DoD challenges. Support staff will assist in day-to-day coordination and data management activities.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Support NGA Research's R&D program planning, budget building, acquisition, and financial execution of RDT&E and O&M funding.
• Assist in forecasting, tracking, and updating commitments, obligations, and expenditures for fiscal reviews.
• Provide program review support, including annual and quarterly reviews.
• Assist in preparing Program Build and CBJB/IPBS descriptions.
• Employ knowledge of RDT&E budget activity codes and policies for planning and budgeting.
• Generate custom financial reports for presentations and meetings.
• Coordinate with national program managers and facilitate technical exchange meetings.
• Support the Government in international G2G relationships, including meetings, briefings, and travel.
• Attend staff meetings, reviews, and working groups.
• Must have a technical background and be comfortable with technical writing.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in program budget management.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or with 36 credit hours in technical curriculum.
• Willingness to undergo a CI Poly.
• Technical background and ability to write about technical capabilities.
• Experience with NGA or NRO.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with research and development organizations or government agencies.
