Job summary

GDIT seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support Navy activities at Point Mugu, CA. A SECRET CLEARANCE is required to start, and candidates should be prepared to work on complex programs with autonomy and accountability.

Typical duties include performing complex analytical tasks, developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet requirements, monitoring performance, interfacing with customers, supporting business activities, and guiding less-experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of complex and analytical tasks in support of multiple programs, projects and customers.

As a Sr. Program Analyst, a typical day will include:

• Performs a variety of complex and analytical tasks in support of a multiple programs, projects and customers
• Develops plans, budgets and schedules meet program, project, and contractual requirements
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure program, project, and contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer and contractual requirements
• Supports the development of business activities
• Participates in special projects as required
• Provides guidance, training, and leadership to less-experienced analysts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 5+ years of experience
