Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting Navy missions. The position is based on-site in Virginia Beach with an active Top Secret clearance and PMP certification required.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience on large Navy IT or cyber contracts (>$50M/year) and management of 200+ FTEs. Knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, POA&M, and ISO 9001:2015 is essential.

Qualifications

• Managing 200+ FTEs across geographically dispersed teams.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance; PMP certification; Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

What You'll Bring:

Required:

• 7+ years of program management experience on large-scale Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ Annually
• Managing 200 plus FTE's
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance
• Current PMP certification
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&M's
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

Preferred:

• Experience managing large DoW IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiatives
• Knowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologies
• Background in exercise planning across multiple warfare domains
• Understanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systems
• Master's degree in related field or management field
• Experience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboards
