Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the JSP ETM-NG contract in Arlington, VA. The role is HYBRID and requires a Secret clearance.

You will prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, lead budget owner meetings, and develop forecasts aligned with targets and operational needs. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years’ experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with senior-level management
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as requested

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:

Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Year's Experience: 5+ years’ experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience with financial analysis software and tools - Oracle and OBIEE

• Experience developing and managing budgets

• Understanding of key financial metrics and ratios

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formula

Skills and Abilities:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently, with team members, and cross-functional teams

• Capable of performing detail-oriented analysis within the context of larger program and mission objectives

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $107,711. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
