The Senior Professional Staff Nurse delivers and leads high-quality, collaborative care on a 9-bed inpatient rehab unit, helping patients regain function and return home through intensive therapy and 24/7 nursing support.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates critical thinking in addressing clinical, emotional, social, and spiritual patient needs

• Identifies and implements opportunities for clinical and workplace improvement using evidence-based practices

• Leads or participates in teams focused on patient care innovation and workforce wellness

• Serves as a role model and unit leader in clinical expertise, teaching, and evidence-based care

• Supports and drives change to improve patient outcomes and the care environment

• Applies strong clinical assessment and analytical skills within a Relationship-Based Care model
