Job summary

Concentrix in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a finance professional to prepare draft financial statements for SEC filings and quarterly reports. You will review monthly consolidations and assist in EPS calculations, ensuring accurate public disclosures and compliance.

The role supports pension audits and filings, collaborates with Investor Relations, and interacts with Accounting to gather timely information. A related bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and handling pension filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft financial statements for 10-Qs, 10-K, Annual Report and MD&A for SEC filings.
• Review monthly consolidation of financial results and prepare EPS-related share calculations.
• Prepare quarterly press-release related financials for the company website.
• Assist in implementing new accounting standards and researching accounting topics.
• Coordinate with external auditors regarding audit requirements for SEC filings.
• Maintain documentation supporting all public reporting.
• Assist Investor Relations by providing information as requested.
• Assist in preparation of pension audits and filings with Benefits department and external auditors.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities• Prepare draft financial statements for 10Qs, 10K, Annual Report and assist in preparation of Management Discussion and Analysis for inclusion in those documents• Review monthly consolidation of financial results (Balance Sheet and Segment Income Statement) and prepares monthly share calculations for EPS purposes• Prepare quarterly press release related financials and other reporting requirements required for the web page on a quarterly basis• Assist in implementing new accounting standards for the Company and also assist in researching accounting topics for the Company• Work closely with the external auditors regarding audit requirements related to all SEC filings• Maintain documentation supporting all Company public reporting• Assist in providing information requested by Investor Relations officer• Interact with Accounting and other departments to obtain information on a timely fashion in order to facilitate the external reporting process• Assist in preparation of all Pension audits and filings. Work with Benefits department and External auditors to co-ordinate timely filing of all pension/VEBA filings• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience and competencies.
