Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll and to serve as the Workday Payroll subject matter expert. The role emphasizes accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
You will review inputs, handle mid-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, support year-end processing, audits, and collaborate with HR, Tax, Finance, and external providers to drive process improvements and data accuracy.

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000 USD/ $61,600 - $79,700 CAD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
