Role Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced production manager to oversee LNP production and workflow scheduling. The role requires strong leadership and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with department managers to develop and maintain production and QC schedules, delivering orders on time while ensuring quality.
• Lead the team to develop and optimize the production workflow, upgrading processes to improve delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and resolve root causes of issues, addressing them to improve overall production stability.
• Provide operational leadership, inclusive of training, coaching, and team development.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, reporting, and forecasting of assigned production budgets and results on a monthly basis.
• Support cross‑functional communication to develop LNP production platform capability.
• Support tech transfer and process optimization for new product beta testing and launching.
• Provide technical support and leadership for customized LNP project requests.
• Maintain proper training and performance documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in the biotechnology production sector.
• Demonstrated initiative and success in collaborative interdisciplinary projects.
• Excellent time‑management skills with a commitment to task completion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, passionate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation

Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
