Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Walmart and private label production experience; kids’ apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, liaising across teams and with overseas vendors.
• Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, and testing requirements.
• Bilingual preferred; Mandarin-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily correspondence and production coordination with overseas factories.
• Liaise cross-functionally with design, sales, technical design, and traffic teams for seamless workflow.
• Maintain and monitor T&A calendars and production WIP reports with accuracy.
• Track and follow up on all production orders to ensure on-time execution and resolve delays.
• Ensure bulk deliveries meet retailer requirements, timelines, and quality standards; communicate updates to sales.
• Coordinate with traffic and accounting to ensure timely payment releases and goods arrival at the warehouse.
• Review and approve shipping marks, packaging layouts, hangtags, and other production materials.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart and private label standards, including testing and packaging requirements.
• Leverage understanding of kids’ apparel production to anticipate fit, safety, and compliance challenges.
