Job summary

Golden Touch is seeking a production/quality coordination professional to manage daily correspondence and production with overseas factories.

You will liaise with design, sales, technical design, and traffic teams to ensure a seamless workflow and timely updates on T&A calendars and WIP reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Walmart and private label production experience; kids’ apparel experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with overseas vendors.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, and testing requirements.
  • Bilingual is preferred; Mandarin-speaking is a plus.

  • Coordinate with traffic and accounting to ensure timely payment releases and on-schedule goods arrival at the warehouse.
  • Review and approve/comment on shipping marks, packaging layouts, hangtags, and other production-related materials.
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart and private label standards, including testing and packaging requirements.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of kids’ apparel production to anticipate and resolve fit, safety, and compliance challenges.

Hybrid Work Schedule

4 days a week in the office, Friday work from home

New York Pay Rate $70,000 - $90,000
