What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Search for new opportunities and utilize the product portfolio to establish long-term growth
- Drive existing funnel of opportunities to accelerate closure rates
- Collaborate with Bioproduction Account Managers (BAMs) and Field Application Specialists (FAS) to develop account growth strategies
- Establish and build relationships with key decision-makers and technical buyers
- Provide post-sales product support and ensure resolution of product performance complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience related to the bioproduction process
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of customer challenges and solution development
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including some overnight trips

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduation in a life-science related field such as Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering
- Knowledge of Miller-Heiman sales techniques or applicable experience
- Proven ability to build an Account Strategy based on Value Proposition and customer knowledge
