Must Have:

• Strong background in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for data and analytics platforms, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
  • Advocate for best practices in data governance, quality, and privacy compliance.
• Additional Scope includes:
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all analytics-related products and initiatives.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress and performance of deliverables, ensuring timely and scoped delivery.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks during product development.

Experience: 10+ years

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
• Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
