Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst to drive a highly visible enterprise RTLS implementation in a healthcare setting. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, define and prioritize use cases, coordinate vendors, and drive adoption efforts while shaping the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing RTLS in a healthcare environment.
• Experience as Product Owner, BA, PM, or PMO.
• Leading enterprise-wide technology implementations affecting multiple departments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Defining business use cases and driving adoption initiatives.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and execution skills.
• Coordinating vendors and implementation activities.
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and complex political environments.
• Driving operational process improvements through technology.

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst to drive a highly visible enterprise RTLS implementation impacting thousands of users across a healthcare environment. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders, define and prioritize use cases, coordinate vendor activities, drive adoption efforts, and help shape the future roadmap of the platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and helping build a long-term technology strategy while creating measurable operational value.

Required Skills:

• Experience implementing or managing RTLS technology in a healthcare environment
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology implementations affecting multiple departments
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams
• Experience defining business use cases and driving adoption initiatives
• Strong documentation, organizational, and execution skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and implementation activities
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and complex political environments
• Experience driving operational process improvements through technology

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CenTrak or Kontakt.io platforms
• Healthcare technology implementation experience
• Experience expanding technology platforms through new use cases and optimization efforts
• Experience with highly invasive enterprise systems such as ServiceNow
• Experience creating governance models and operational playbooks
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and long-term technology plans
