ADP in Pasadena is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for our Payments team. This hybrid onsite role requires 3 days per week in our Pasadena CA or San Dimas CA offices and is not eligible for remote work.
You will lead product strategy and roadmaps across payments workflows, partner integrations, and digital experiences, collaborating with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners. 5–8 years of experience in product management is expected.

Ready to design what's next? **_This role is Hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our Pasadena CA or San Dimas CA Office and not eligible for remote._** In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management **experience in payments, workflow redesign, digital experience transformation, and ecosystem integrations.** You will drive product strategy focused on improving associate and client experiences across payments-related workflows, while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners. This role centers on reimagining user journeys, reducing friction, and delivering seamless experiences across internal tools, client-facing capabilities, and partner integrations. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation, is important, but it is one part of a broader product portfolio rather than the primary focus of the role. We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing your product and communicate with confidence. Still, you also have the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact. To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams' efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. Our best product managers are domain experts and enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest trends. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.

The compensation for this role is USD $74,800.00 - USD $183,900.00 / Year* *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
