Bring your enthusiasm, your big ideas, and your desire to team up with some of the best and brightest in technology and entertainment.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical SEO to own and drive technical SEO strategy across a large-scale, internationally distributed website. This is a senior role with meaningful cross‑functional scope. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and content teams to identify and resolve complex technical SEO issues, define and maintain our implementation standards, mentor junior SEO team members, and help communicate SEO strategy and performance clearly to leadership. You will proactively contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations. You will lead in the product and feature discovery process, help elicit requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals.

The ideal candidate is a self‑directed problem solver who understands how search engines interact with complex CMS architectures, can navigate organizational complexity with professionalism, and is motivated by the challenge of driving meaningful organic growth at scale.

What Will You Do?
  • Understand and make recommendations regarding the opportunities that the business and fans desire through conducting research and gathering feedback from customers and analyzing product landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Finance, Client Services, Marketing) to identify features for the roadmap by measuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee and participate in the planning and execution of one or more strategic initiatives and tactical activities throughout the product life cycle.
  • Develop strategy and track key metrics used in measuring the success of the product.
  • Use product management knowledge and experience to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Leverage advanced industry knowledge to evangelize and communicate the value of the product and services.
  • Drive go‑to‑market strategy and launches for new products by leveraging data‑driven insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Coach and train junior colleagues—business analysts, product managers—in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
What Will You Bring?
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years in a Product Management role with hands‑on technical SEO experience, with a demonstrable track record on large-scale websites (hundreds of thousands to millions of URLs).
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, across geographies including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven experience working with developers: writing implementation specs, reviewing code changes, and QA‑ing deployments.
  • Experience with international SEO across multiple regions and languages.
  • Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Lumar/DeepCrawl, Semrush, Ahrefs) and Google Search Console.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the product management discipline when working on projects.
  • Comfortable working directly in complex CMS environments and understanding how content operations affect SEO at scale.
  • Highly autonomous. Able to identify problems, prioritize, and drive solutions without being directed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Expertise with standard development tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Strong follow‑through. Owns timelines, tracks open items, and closes loops proactively.
Compensation

Pay Scale: $126,000–$144,000
