Job summary

Amazon Leo Finance Acceleration seeks a Sr Product Manager - Technical to own end-to-end roadmaps for finance initiatives, including SAP and non-SAP solutions, while guiding leadership with a clear product vision.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, drive POCs with SAP S/4, and lead cross-functional teams through testing, deployment, and user training to ensure successful delivery.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end to end product roadmap for initiatives and programs within the finance domains. Support SAP and non-SAP solution stack product roadmap.
• Drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions.
• Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4.
• Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training, deployment and hyper care.
• Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills in creating business cases, solution narratives, and functional and technical documentation to support business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
