Job description

This role will require an individual that is an industry expert on all things Video Keno, Video Poker, Video Roulette, Video Slots and Video Blackjack, and Class II slot games, understanding the player dynamics as well as the necessary features that players are looking for. The right person will be able clearly define both the short and long term product roadmap and be able effectively communicate these as well as to sell the benefits of the chosen paths to the studio, the commercial team and to the sales team. This position will have critical roles in supporting commercial and sales, as well as leading the development of the product lines. The position will report to the Senior Director, Specialty Products in the Corporate Organization, and will work closely with the other Global Product Management Team members.

What you'll do

  • Drive content roadmaps and partner with our world class creative studios to make it happen.
  • Key partner in building out strategy and roadmaps for our business line.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to negotiate features and timelines that ensure your products are world class.
  • Build requirements and ensure all games are meeting our strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with our global Insights teams, undertake research, building insights on the market to equip development teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure product is competitive in the gaming industry.
  • Build highly collaborative relationships with the platform, hardware, technology product management teams as well as with the commercial strategy, Sales, and Studio teams to achieve the role of trusted partner and strategic advisor.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management with experience in slots and knowledge in gaming jurisdictional requirements is highly preferential – a passion for slots and the gaming industry is crucial.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Extensive senior level experience with content & portfolio planning, and throughout full life cycle of games – concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover gaps, trends and identify opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and review product with D&D to ensure new developments are built to spec, meet our strategic objectives regarding both our company and competitor products.
  • Identify and define trends, gaps and solutions to meet changing market requirements and competitors’ products.
  • Sales Engagement – Regular meetings with sales regions to discuss the portfolio, market trends and competitors, and develop our response to these.
  • Build key relationships with game designers and studios leads + BDEs and customers.
  • In this role you will be a problem solver and a negotiator – working with creative teams and business units to ensure that the Winner’s World content is the best in the industry.

Travel Expectations

Pay Range

$137,354 - $255,087 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
